APPLICATIONS:
EMOLAK ANTICORROSIVE (AP-1) is intended for priming of steel structures, machinery and equipment operating under corrosive conditions, protecting them effectively for long time. It is also suitable for protection of metallic metal automotive parts.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
EMOLAK ANTICORROSIVE (AP-1) contains active pigments that react with both the substrate and the binder, thus producing a firmly stuck coat that serves as an excellent protection against penetration of aggressive agents (water, gases and electrolytes) to the substrate.
This product is certified for use by the National Institute of Hygiene in Warsaw.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
EMOLAK ANTICORROSIVE (AP-1) should be thoroughly stirred before use. Do not dilute when it is to be applied by brushing or water spraying. Dilute it with thinner for general-purpose phthalate carbamide products when using air spraying. The metal surfaces should be well cleaned by stream-abrasive method to the 2-nd cleanness grade. It is recommended to apply 2 layers of the paint in intervals from 8 to 24 hours, depending upon the ambient temperature. The phthalate chlorinated rubber-based, polyvinyl, epoxy and nitrocellulose products can be applied after 24 hours onto a dried surface.
