APPLICATIONS:
LEAD-FREE EMOLAK (S-1) is recommended for both protective and decorative
painting of wood and wood-based materials (windows, doors, furniture etc.),
mineral substrates (all kind of plasters, concrete etc.) and metals in both
interior and outdoor applications. At the moment it is produced in white colour (glossy).
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The LEAD-FREE EMOLAK (S-1) enamel paint features an excellent adhesion
to the substrate, an adequate hardness of the coat, high durability of
painted coats and weather resistance. Surfaces painted with EMOLAK conserve
their aesthetic aspect (high glossand durability) for long life.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Stir the product thoroughly before use. The paint can be applied by brushing, rolling or air spraying. The substrate to be painted should be clean, dry, coherent, free from grease and well primed.
In case of unpainted wood and wood-based substrates, clean them, sand, remove thoroughly dust and impregnate with LEAD-FREE NATURAL LINSEED OIL VARNISH (LP-6) diluted with thinner for general-purpose
oil and phthalate products (R-2) at a (1:1) solution and prime with a general-purpose phthalate paint. Then apply 1-2 layers of EMOLAK.
When repainting, clean the old surface thoroughly with fine-grain abrasive paper, remove all blistering and scaling paint, feather the surface by filling and apply 1-2 layers of enamel paint.
For unpainted steel surfaces, thoroughly remove rust, grease, dirt and contaminants and prime with anticorrosive paint and apply 1-2 layers of EMOLAK (S-1). For surfaces already painted and used for a some time, thoroughly clean them, remove grease and sand with a fine abrasive paper. Remove all blistering, flaking and scaling to a sound metal substrate and prime the surface. Apply 1-2 layers of enamel paint onto such prepared surface.
For surfaces of plasters and concrete, clean them, remove all blistering and scaling, dry, prime with an impregnating primer and apply 1-2 layers of EMOLAK (S-1).
