Nawierzchniowy Lakier Poliuretanowy Dwuskładnikowy (L-12)

APPLICATIONS:
Two-Component polyurethane varnish is intended for interior protective-decorative paintings on wood and wood-based surfaces. Recommended for furniture and parts of furniture, doors and other wooden surfaces indoors. It creates a hard surface resistant to rub away.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The product is a bi-component, quick-drying polyurethane varnish, where component A is a resin solution with matting substance and component B is the hardener (U-1). L-12 surface varnish features excellent adhesion to the surface previously treated with underlay varnish (LP-7) and polished. Easy application allows for perfectly even surface. Thanks to special components and manufacturing methods the varnish after drying up leaves silk-like finish. L-12 surface varnish guarantees a professional finish of the painted surface. Is is a transparent product, it has no colour.

Drying and recoating times are related to the film thickness, temperature, the relative humidity of the air and ventilation.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Przygotowanie mieszanki: Stir the varnish carefully. Add 50% by volume hardener and mix well. Thin the varnish to the viscosity needed with Thinner R-11. The share of thinner should not exceed 20% of the overall mixture. Apply with a brush or by spraying. Do not use the varnish without hardener. The product is ready for use upon mixing in appropriate proportions.

Preparation of surface: the surface should be treated with LP-7 underlay varnish and sanded with fine-grained sanding material. The surface to be treated has to be clean and dry. During the application and curing process the temperature of the air, the surface to be treated and the varnish has to be at least 18°C and the relative humidity of the air below 70 %.

Thinning and cleaning of tools: In order to alter the viscosity of the product to and to clean tools and devices stained with unhardened varnish, R-11 thinner for polyurethane products should be used.
